An official Deep Muscle Therapy Center brochure will be mailed with the gift certificate, via US Mail. We can send something to your email address if you need something sooner. And lastly, you may stop by to pick up a gift certificate at our location or call us.

There will be NO refunds on gift card purchases. If you are unable to use the gift card, you can transfer it to someone else. Gift cards can only be redeemed with the actual card. You cannot use the activation slip to redeem the gift card.
