Smooth basalt stones, ranging in size, are placed in hot water and then placed upon acupressure locations along the body in order to relax the muscles, and dissolve tension and stress. The direct weight and warmth of the stones generates an inner feeling of comfort while additional stones are employed to actually massage the muscles.
